The practical service involves defining a congruent
logical model between strategic business objectives and relevant technical component
capabilities. The logical model is a strategic software
architecture® which forms the basis of the Svelte.Com approach to designing
products and services that enable migration of business infrastructure to electronic
channels. The approach is supported by an iterative methodology for analysis, feasibility
and implementation. Defining the strategic software
architecture® allows for the incorporation of the maturing
transaction based models of internet behaviour to be absorbed whilst ensuring it is
extensible to multiple network infrastructures. In addition, commercial (money),
content (data and information) and customer (brand) perspectives on the model can be tested
